Inducing Alpha Brain Waves

Every day, our brains go through frequency cycles which alter how we feel and how we perceive our environment. Breakthroughs in cognitive science have concluded that sound waves can actually alter the brain receiving and operating frequencies. While the human ear cannot respond to frequencies below 20 Hz the brain still can. Consequently, people can use binaural beats as a type of digital drug to induce sleep, relaxation, meditation, even alertness.

Binaural beat recordings generate different frequencies for each ear. The brain reacts to the difference in frequencies and the brain perceives the difference as a third tone that helps the brain lock in. To reach a meditative state, the brain must release it's regular beta state and lock in to alpha state. Binaural beat recordings are awesome because they induce that state almost instantly.

Binaural beats are truly an amazing and legal digital drug!
