Like Cancun? MTV Spring Break 2010 in Acapulco Mexico

With past Spring Break locations in Panama City Beach, Florida and Cancun, Mexico, the MTV Spring Break is always at the hottest location for crazy college fun. Each year, MTV sends their television camera crews to some exotic location for Spring Break and broadcasts around the clock from that location. Just announced, MTV is going to Acupulco, Mexico for the 2010 event. I would LOVE to go, but it doesn't sync up with my Spring Break dates. Oh well... it will be a fun time, even if I'm just watching from the couch in my dorm room.

With college students as their target audience, MTV books some of the country's top bands to perform on location. With dancing, fist punching, wild music and contests, this year is sure to be one of the the best years yet. College students will come from all over the world to Acapulco, so if you are thinking about attending the 2010 event in Acapulco then you'll need to make arrangements quick.

The MTV film crew and many of the guest performers will be staying in the Playa Suites hotel on the northern side of the beach. Since Acapulco Beach is stretched with so many hotels however, there will be plenty of rooms for Spring Breakers to stay. There are some great nightclubs on the strip and many of them are planning on their own concerts and contests. And the amazing thing is that most Acapulco clubs do not have a closing time so they'll be open 24/7. One of the most popular clubs, the Palladium, has a 150' long wall of glass that overlooks the entire beach and bay area. It sounds amazing!
